'Poem relay' in Australia

Sydney Morning Herald: A peaceful and powerfully symbolic Olympic "poem relay" has arrived in Australia via the internet. Inspired by the 1989 massacre in Beijing's Tiananmen Square, the poem June is by a Chinese poet and journalist, Shi Tao, who is serving 10 years in prison for "revealing state secrets abroad". Chip Rolley, a Sydney writer and Chinese speaker, translated the poem into English and had the idea of sharing it on the website of the writers' association International PEN. >>>
